Replacement and retrieval policy

Retrieval

1- You have 3 days from the date you receive any commodity to apply for it. Where the buyer bears the costs of shipping and retrieval as shown in the bill, and accepting the retrieval, provided that the product is healthy and the product card also and all its intransigences are intact and after checking the amount will be returned within 14 working days.

2- When there is a defect in the commodity or that the commodity does not match the description in the store, you have the right to retrieve it within 7 days from the date of its receipt and it will return to you the price of the commodity in addition to the cost of shipping that you paid upon purchase.

3- The amount will be transferred within 14 working days.

Replacement policy

1- You have 7 days from the date you receive any commodity to apply for replacement. Where the buyer bears the costs of shipping and replacement as shown in the bill, the replacement is accepted, provided that the product is healthy and the product card also and all its intransigences are intact.

2- When there is a defect in the commodity, or that the commodity does not match the description in the store, you have the right to replace it within 7 days from the date of its receipt.
